These notes were written for the BU357 Taxation course offered at Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU)

Some Comments:

• The file is a “rar” archive, so your going to need WinRAR to open up the archive
• The file extensions are missing (you may have to rename files to .jpeg if you have an inferior OS like windows/macos to view each scan)
• The rar file is not password protected, just simply extract
• There is no “page” missing. I personally checked that every single page was scanned in. If there is a number missing it’s because it’s a completely blank page.
• I do not know the author of these notes, however I’m posting them anyways … hehe

The Request

This is a tutorial in response to a Laurier Idea that I randomly came across.  I have provided screen shots below of a working Kubuntu 10.04 wireless setup that is currently workings with the “laurierwireless” ssid.

These settings should also work in the Gnome user interface (standard Ubuntu). The settings form might not look exactly the same, but the key settings that must be used are:

SSID: laurierwireless
Mode: Infrastructure
Security: WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Tunnelled TLS (TTLS)
Inner Authentication: PAP (Novel Username + Novel Password)
IP Address assignment: Automatic (DHCP)
